A. Product Purchase
1. Payment with cheques must be crossed & made payable to
PRESTIGE IT DISTRIBUTION SDN. BHD.
2. All sales are considered final and warranty policy is in
accordance with the terms and conditions of its respective
suppliers.
B. Product Exchange
Products with a manufacture’s defect are entitled to an exchange
(subject to availability of stock) if :
1. The product has a ‘manufacturer’ defect.
2. The packaging is in good and re-sellable condition.
3. The product is accompanied with the original receipt, within
seven (7) days of the purchase date.
The management reserves the right to refuse any exchange of
merchandise in line with the existing store policy.
C. Services & Warranty's
1. All products with warranty’s over one year can be sent by PITB to
(and from) the manufacture’s Service Center at the customer expense
after the first year from the date of purchase.
2. Unless in writing, no ‘implied’ product: warranty, performance,
condition or guarantee will be honored.
3. GOODS SOLD ARE NOT REFUNDABLE OR EXCHANGEABLE.
